青海 Composite fireproof glass

The composite fire-proof glass is composed of two  more layers of glass with one  more layers of water-soluble inorganic fire-proof adhesive interlayer.

Fire protection principle: in case of a fire, the fire facing glass will crack soon after encountering high temperature,  its fire-proof rubber interlayer will foam  expand about ten times successively, forming a hard milky white foam fire-proof rubber plate, effectively blocking the flame  isolating high temperature  harmful gases. The finished product can be milled, punched  cut by changing the ruler.

When it is applicable to external windows  curtain walls, the combination of fireproof glass  PVB laminated glass shall be considered in the design scheme. Scope of application: fire doors  windows of building rooms, corridors, passageways, fire zones  fire partition walls of important parts.

Perfusion type

It is made of two layers of original glass sheets (three layers of original glass sheets can be used for special needs)  sealed with special fire-retardant adhesive strips around. After curing, the fire-proof glue liquid poured in the middle is transparent  gelatinous, which is bonded with glass as a whole.

Fire protection principle: in case of high temperature, the transparent gelatinous fire-proof adhesive layer in the middle of the glass will quickly harden to form an opaque fire-proof heat insulation board. At the same time, it also prevents the high temperature  conducting to the back fire surface. This kind of fireproof glass  only has the performance of fireproof  heat insulation, but also has outstanding sound insulation effect. It can be processed into arc.

It is suitable for fire doors  windows, building patio, atrium, shared space  partition wall of computer room.

Important note: the black sealing frame is exposed around the glass, which is suitable for inlay  installation of surrounding battens. Consult the manufacturer in advance for reasonable advice when it is used for unobstructed facade  west facing exterior windows.
